We accept all major credit cards through a secure, encrypted checkout. A refundable security deposit is held prior to arrival and released after a successful checkout.

Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. All residences offer private, contactless self check-in, and early check-in or late check-out can often be arranged through our concierge.

Reservations cancelled at least 14 days before arrival receive a full refund less applicable fees. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to the terms confirmed at booking. Our team is always happy to help with changes.

We ask guests to treat each residence with care: no smoking, no parties or events, and quiet hours after 10:00 PM in respect of neighbors. Maximum occupancy is set per residence for everyone’s comfort and safety.
